Cereal and supplements. I don't take the whole supplement, I half the powder dosage and it seems to work just as fine.

I had mine removed about 2 years ago. Then I was able to eat sinful food again, so I didn't hold back. The removal of it hasn't hindered my weight loss so far.

Reminds me of my beer battered cheat day last Sunday that almost ended with me throwing up outside of the restaurant. It was ugly. I never craved salad so bad afterward and I am never cheating again.

I do, but I tell myself there is another meal in the morning. It helps. For me, it's usually just mental, because I use to do a ton of night eating. I'd have a second meal off of dinner left overs. I wasn't even hungry either, I was just board with nothing else to do and I knew we had food. Unless I have a ton of calories…

No, she is really heathy and eats a ton of vitamins. She is the second healthiest person in my family and only her bone loss makes her second. She is always eating really heathy foods and picking apart peoples food choices because they aren't healthy enough. Nothing can explain her bone loss, other then her refusal to…

I love the cooking channel, but I can only watch it around dinner or it makes me hungry. Only the pizza hut and domino's ads really getting me craving on regular TV.

My Aunt never ate dairy and now she has brittle bones and bone loss. I think I'll be keeping milk and cheese in my diet. I'd rather be safe, then sorry.

I tend to stay away from seafood joints and Italian eatery's. Any place that offer's a low calorie or weight watchers menu is best (like applebee's as you mentioned), but be careful, sometimes they tend to give you an extra serving size or two, so split your meal in half and take some of it home to be on the safe side.

I put them on crackers or chop them up and put them in salads.

I love them! The 7/11 close to my work carries them, but my super market doesn't. I'll have to look around more for them.

Really good. I was surprised. I got the strawberry ones and they taste just like the real thing without the jelly. They are good for curbing my sweat tooth.

I've tried having cheat days and my body just doesn't let me have them anymore. I tried having a cheat day yesterday and ordered some beer battered goodies at one of my favorite eatery's. After a few bites, I felt like I was going to get physically sick, so I stopped eating. I actually ended up later eating a salad during…

Relax and get better. Straining yourself will only worsen what you have. And when you feel better, go easy for the first few days so your body can get use to the workload again.

I use to think it was okay not to eat them too, but after I started losing weight way to fast (a pound a day) and I started throwing some serious fits, I decided I was going to eat them back and try to hit my goal calorie intake a day. Think of exercise as an eraser. When you exercise, you are taking away what you work…

I agree. I live with my parents who are just as big as I am. They admire my dedication, but have expressed that they aren't going to diet along with me. I'm fine with that. When they have ice cream, popcorn loaded with butter, or fattening chips, I just refrain from it. They don't shove it in my face and force me to eat…

I do enjoy looking in diaries myself, but I don't post about it all over the forms about peoples food conquests and how they are going to fail because they are doing something wrong. That's not being supportive, that's being judgmental, no offense. I don't always eat super heathy, but the way I am eating now, is way better…
