Eeeww! Dry water

Oh how I wish I could!! Stinking Oklahoma is too far away :grumble: and I don't know when the next time I'll be in GA is

My tap water is cold enough to make your hands numb so I usually just drink that at home. If I'm at work, I go down to the snack bar and fill up my big cup with ice and water from their coke machine. It's still tap, but probably filtered. I would be extremely hesitant to drink the rain water here!! :noway:

Add some of the Georgia men!! Jason Aldean, Brantley Gilbert, Zac Brown Band, Kip Moore (if you want country), and you can always look up some workout mixes that are already made and get them. They usually have a pretty good beat and mix of songs :) Personally I like metal because it gives me the aggression to kick through…

Nylabones ROCK!! My 1 yr old boxer LOVES his Nylabone. He's had to learn that it's the only thing he's allowed to chew up, other than sticks in the yard, but he absolutely loves his Nylabone.

I once heard it said like this, "Skinny people look good in clothes, fit people look good naked." I'll take naked please! :blushing:

So...I listen to a bit of everything...name the genere and it's probably on my Spotify lists LOL. My odd ball song that came on today while elliptical'ing it out was "The Rockafeller Skank" by Fatboy Slim...and that was thrown in the middle of Slipknot, Murderdolls, and In Flames...so yeah LOL
-
I log it. I don't usually log my water like I should because I can't always keep up with how much I've had to drink. I just go and refill my cup when it's empty

I would be in so much trouble if I posted that last text I received  :blushing: My last outgoing text was boring though..."Not really"

Maybe it's a b-itch thing? That's pretty messed up to be so hateful! I mean, a simple, "Sorry I'm not interested" is damaging enough to a person's self confidence I would imagine.

I am 4 of those (brunette, blue eyes, 5'6, and the likes)...I'm working on the weight and would I be penalized for being a receptionist and if I had bigger bewbs?? I like my kids, but not everyone's kids LOL

No, I like food too much.

I like the Mio flavors as well, but I've heard that adding fresh fruit can definitely make a difference. I personally like just adding lemon juice to my water, but have seen several different recipes for things like cinnamon apple water and such. Water is water...so long as the excuse, "Soda/coffee/tea have water in them…

I cannot remember where, but I once read that by making sure that your feet are centered under you, it will help prevent this from happening. I now make a conscious effort to ensure that my feet are aligned below me and to, as others have mentioned, move my feet around when I feel this start to happen. It has helped, but…

That is a great idea. Thank you!
-
Seriously the best example and real explanation of why my view is flawed. I am being 100% serious when I say that. Thank you!
-
Okay, I was NOT referring to the things discussed here. I look around in other forums too...
-
And here we go with everyone taking a broad statement personally. On that note, I'm out. To those of you who were helpful in opening my eyes to what I need to reevaluate, thank you.
-
You are definitely not lumped with everyone else because I think you might be the only one who took that to heart.
-
Generalization was not the best word, and I did not mean what I said in the literal sense of "every day, all day".
-
That was a generalization based on what I see a lot of on MFP.
-
I think I just need to reevaluate my whole mindset on all of this. That is what I am understanding from all of this. Seems like I can't win any support or understanding with what I am currently doing, with the exception of one person. Here goes nothing. Feels like in putting myself on a plan for failure, but hell why not?…
-
No one has answered this yet. I've been given "no one is saying ______" but other than you, I've not seen any real support for the method I am trying. Seems like the answer I'm getting from everyone is "Workout every day all day, eat clean, win!"
-
I understand where I went wrong in this. Point well made, and I am sincerely thanking you because that was something that I honestly did not even think about. So again, thank you.
-
Okay.
-
Not true.
-
So then just stop taking it and hope for the best with only the exercise and tracking my food intake when that hasn't worked in the past?
-
I guess I don't understand how you feel that way. I thought when you had a problem, seeking help to change it was the way to do it. I mean, I'd much rather get help than continue to try and fail and be mad at myself over and over again like I have in the past.
