Tell him he's not gonna die and you're not either. He's 3.

Are you sure it's not an allergic reaction? Anyway, acidic foods can cause breakouts. The lemons and cranberries could be the problem.

18-22 year olds are dumbasses. I know because I used to be one.

Stress is one of the worst things for your health, and mental health issues cause a lot of stress. It is very hard to be physically healthy while mentally unhealthy. Even if your body looks great.

Or the girls who put up a picture of themselves and a dozen guys make comments about how beautiful she is. That's why she put it up there in the first place, to get that reaction.

This. I'm sick of your ****ing kids. It's become a scrapbook for mothers. I don't need Facebook. The people I care about I am already in touch with. I don't need to be in touch with every single person I ever went to school with, worked with, etc.

I don't know how anyone can not like bananas.. Anyway, most smoothie recipes call for bananas because they give smoothies a creamy texture that many people like. If you don't like it, there is no reason to use them. Bananas are actually one of the highest sugar fruits.

It reveals muscle. For example, you can do all the sit ups you want and have muscle but it will still be covered by a layer of fat. You need cardio burn the fat to reveal the muscle.

So you need to put some design on your body to remember all this? You aren't capable of remembering this without it? The tattoo is totally superfluous. Tattoos are outward eccentricity compensating for inner mediocrity. "“My crown is in my heart, not on my head; not decked with diamonds and Indian stones, nor to be seen:…

I understand it, and see right through it. lol at people with tattoos thinking they are these deep, misunderstood free spirits. Back in the day, a person with a tattoo had a story to tell. They were ex cons, in the military, bikers, etc. they had seen the gritty side of life and had the scars to prove it. Tattoos have…

I hear this rationalization all the time, and disagree with it. People get tattoos for other people, not themselves. It's like saying you wear makeup for yourself. Say I like Superman; I know I like Superman, but I get the tattoo so that others know it too. It is an outward expression. One does not express oneself to…

All tattoos are tacky imo. One of my pet peeves.

I have a Breville Juice Fountain that is on Amazon for $99. It is a good introductory juicer. Problem is, it really doesn't juice leafy greens too well. Like broccoli, spinach, etc. It is good for fruits, but fruits contain a lot of sugar. I recently bought a Nutribullet and wish I just would have bought that to begin…

I think many leafy greens may cause problems if you really go overboard on them because they have a lot of oxalates. If you're eating like two large spinach salads every day for example. Could cause kidney stones and inhibit absorption of minerals.

Oh, I forgot, 2001 Space Odyssey is the most overrated movie ever. Let's drag out space walks and other mundane activities for 10 minutes.

Lord of The Rings are the most overrated movies ever. The mother of all battles after the mother of all battle after the mother of all battles..

Most multivitamins have such cheap ingredients they are barely worth taking. You get what you pay for. Look up Source Naturals Life Force Multiple. Best multi for your money.

I somewhat agree. I always ate like a slob and didn't exercise, but never became overweight. Still haven't. Of course everybody is different.

Cats have to eat meat. Their organs are different than ours.

My smoothie literally takes five minutes to make including clean up. I use spinach, broccoli, banana, strawberry, blueberries and strawberries. The most important thing about fruits and veggies is freshness. They lose nutrients with time. Fresh fruits and vegetables are clearly superior to some packaged powder.

Nope. I recently *****ed out my parents about this. They are both 60 now. My dad has high blood pressure and eats absolute garbage 7 days a week. Sausage, pizza, steak, etc. nothing healthy. I told him he's a walking time bomb and I worry he's gonna die at any time. Still eating garbage though.

Nutribullet does everything I need and is much cheaper.

I've never heard of RMR till just now. "BMR is measured under very restrictive circumstances when a person is awake. An accurate BMR measurement requires that the person's sympathetic nervous system not be stimulated, a condition which requires complete rest. A more common and closely related measurement, used under less…
