5'3 started before MFP at 134, started MFP on 4/15 at 130 and now I am 129. Running, Jillian videos, started weight training (today will only be D3) and hoping to get rid of this baby BELLLLLLY. Maintain and tone @ 115-120 is my goal. Would love any add on friends! Thanks.

Its frustrating. Ive only been at it since 4/15 though. Mine has reduced a little. I just started lifting this past Sat and hoping to do that 3 days a week (maybe more??) dont lose your focus.

I used the C25K program and loved it. I am now training for a half marathon. It definitively helped me. Stick with it! I hadnt ran in 18 years before starting C25K

Ive been working out regularly now 4-5 days a week since April 14 and I just started late last week and this noticing my clothes were starting to loosen up. I had been running, doing Jillian videos and just started two days into lifting. Give it time and keep at it!

I love it and I hate it at times. I cant hardly do it on the treadmill. My SIL can go forever on it but not me. I do better outside. Im to the point now if I dont go several times a week Im major grouch. My goal is half marathon in Oct now! Keep at it!
