Too much protein and vitamin c does it to me too. I had to lower my protein, cut out the vitamin and up my fiber. I try and reach 28g a day. I usually add a squeeze of a 1/4 lemon to my water for some extra flavor. But every couple weeks I get a sparkling ice drink. They are good!

Don't stress out about it. Sounds like you have a great plan already in mind. Just stick to it and you will be fine. And you have come a long way girl and look fantastic. Maybe having a night to reslish in your victory is a good thing.

If I it was possible to completely start from scratch I would say Elizabeth Hurley. But my body type is totally unrealistic for that.

My son goes to a charter school that does not have a cafeteria. We, as parents have to send a lunch to school with our children. What is even better, they don't allow junk food or sodas. I have to send him with healthy snack and water only. If it were not for this rule, I am sure my son would prefer chips and juice boxes…

@ Fayve I have Colitis too. Life is pretty miserable during a flare up. I totally get where you are coming from. Most days it is hard enough to just get through the day, you can forget any amount of exercising. I have been pretty exhausted lately and have started losing a little blood which is totally depressing!

I haven't eatten breakfast for probably 20 years, hard habbit to break. I have a Jillian Michaels drink every morning in the car on the way to work now. 180 cals, 7g of fiber and 16g of protein. It is basically my breakfast now.
