They're not the healthiest option, but I always keep a box of instant oatmeal packets in my desk.

You can rename the meals, so you don't have to have "Breakfast", "Lunch", and "Dinner". Go to Settings/Diary settings and you can rename them there. I have "6:30 AM", "9:30 AM", "12:30 PM", etc... as my meal names.

A banana, scoop of vanilla protein powder, handful of frozen unsweetened raspberries, 1/4 cup of plain regular-fat yogurt, and 8 oz of orange juice (I prefer no pulp for smoothies). ~450 calories w/ 32g of protein. It's my first breakfast on workout days.

If you're completely bent on squats, it may be because your quads are a bit weak. Try doing some quad extensions to improve the strength of those muscles, and maybe squats won't be so daunting.
