I weigh myself everyday and use an app which maps out a trend line. I find this more motivational then hinging all my hopes on one figure each week. As long as the direction is pointing downwards, I know I'm doing ok. Particularly gets me through TOM! Our moderator seems fine, she has been posting on the forums!
