I'm lactose intollerant so it was difficult to find something that wasn't to heavy, sweet or nasty. I use Flax Milk - sweetened is only 50 cals per 8oz cup or unsweetened is 25 cals per 8oz cup. I put about 1-2oz in my coffee with a very little sugar in the raw (1/2 tsp) or a dash of stevia in the raw & it's good!
