Drake is considered hipster now? I'm behind on the times.

I made my first soup today! Dug out my crock pot and made a southwestern soup. Deeeeeeelicious  But i's also TOM so I'm balancing nutritious soup and guilty buckets of ice cream :embarassed:

Most say mumps takes about two weeks to phase out, and I'm going on vacation the first week of August. Since vacation almost inevitably means a little weight gain, I just want to do what I can to prevent a pre-vacation belly :ohwell:

If you'd like to curb your soda cravings, you could try drinking soda water with extract. I never had a big issue with soda but my friend does it and says it helps tremendously.

I would LOVE to be Elizabeth from Bioshock Infinite. Trying to see if maybe a friend will dress up as the boys of silence.

Thank you :flowerforyou:

On our first date, we went for coffee and he revealed that he lived with his parents and was a recovering alcoholic/heroin addict. After about thirty minutes of chatting, he insisted that we were going to go on vacation together to the keys, alone, for the weekend. (American Psycho was his favorite book. Red flag, anyone?)…

Maybe show her how much more food she could eat if she's eating healthier? I tried cutting back portions and I was always hungry.

Both of my exes were the same way, no fruits OR vegetables. Maybe try baby food if the texture is the problem? It sounds disgusting (and ugh, it is) but that's what one of them did. Otherwise I would recommend supplements like Vega One shakes that are two servings of vegetables but taste like chocolate/vanilla/etc.

Clean eating helps the tummy flatten out, I believe.

Abs are made in the kitchen! I noticed my stomach flattened out the most with plenty of water, protein, and vegetables while keeping my sugar at or below the recommended levels.

Instead of no breakfast, I have oatmeal or toast. Instead of buttermilk bread, I have Ezekiel bread. Instead of eating out for at least a meal a day, I eat out only in emergencies and go with the healthiest options. Instead of coffee with eight spoons of sugar, I have it black. Instead of Reeses, I have an apple with dark…

I download audio books and listen to that during my workouts. I'm all for bettering the mind and body at the same time :) And it makes me want to go back to the gym so I can find out what happens next!

Sometimes I scan a code and it gives me a completely different product from that company. Go with the package!

In two weeks I steadily went from 130.4 to 126.2 by changing nothing significant in exercise or eating habits. No clue what happened, but weight loss stopped after that and I put on two pounds of water weight overnight. Just bodies being funky, don't mind it :)

When I sought to stop self-harming, I turned to exercise and it makes a tremendous difference in my life. The only slip ups I've had were in periods where my diet was poor and fitness minimal to none, and I'm going on one year with no slip ups at all! Even though I found other ways to cope with depression when I'm not able…

You can find recipes for Mexican tofu pudding which is a little spicy and very chocolatey :D my favorite treat.

Weekly weigh ins and measurements. Seeing even the slightest improvement gives a huge boost. Stockpiling healthy, low cal recipes so if I get hungry, I have no excuse to not make something beneficial. I always record my binges, but not all in one day. I spread that intake throughout the week. Seeing one day of a ridiculous…

If I feel my sweet tooth kicking in, this is what I turn to: (Dark) chocolate dipped strawberries. Blueberries with dark chocolate chips. Apple with dark chocolate almond butter. I tried this, but I found it much more effective to up the weight instead of just doing more :) Best of luck!

Don't go into a juice fast aiming to lose weight. Anything you lose will be water weight and you will gain most, if not all, of it back. I went into it intending to kick off a healthier lifestyle, and it worked for me. That being said, I'm an all-or-nothing type, so this IS an extreme. I did it a couple months ago and felt…

During your time of the month, a woman's BMR can go up by 15% so being hungrier and craving foods that will give you more energy is common :) Maybe find a couple easy recipes that will satisfy your craving without being so calorie-dense? I melt dark chocolate chips and dip strawberries in them or have a gala apple with…

The elliptical does wonders for me. Changing the incline will work different muscles, as will shifting your weight to the front or back of your foot. Make sure you have proper running form during and aren't hunched over to make the most out of it, and try doing interval training.

I used to eat 1570 a day and lowered it recently to 1400. Most of my protein comes from almond butter and salmon though, not much creativity.
