OH MY GOD!! AT LEAST 3000 A DAY PROB NEARING 5000 WITH THE LARGE CHEESY BITE PIZZA HUTS TO MYSELF!!1 THE 3 LITRES OF COKE A DAY!! THE WHOLE PACKS OF BISCUITS AS WELL AS 3 DINNERS A NIGHT. MY EATING WAS OUT OF CONTROL!!

january 2011 march 2011 i have only lost a 3rd of the weight im hoping too, but this is the weightloss of 28lb purely from sticking to mfp!

i did slim fast and lost 7lbs then when i ate food i put it back on. so started again with fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk for breakfast and have lost 5lb this week!

my downfall is pizza hut. i dream about it. looks like im gonna end up eating it tonight cos i cant get it off my mind after seeing that. really p%$£ me off!!!!

i was having the same thing thankfully have now managed to lose a little bit of it , tight clothes to hold it all in then wear something baggy over the top

brilliant wish i could manage that i need to lose 3.5lbs a week to reach my goal weight of 120lbs by the end of june ready for my july holiday but im struggling to lose 1lb per week! i think its because i wasnt eating my excercise calories i'm hoping that now i will lose more weight by eating more food!

yep she rides but because the heaviest person in my family is my mum at 8 n half stone the rest of the world to them is fat!!! never mind im working on hubby to buy me something that I CAN DECIDE whether or not im to heavy. 11st 8 btw.
