Purple- I have been doing this Jan 2010, doing exactly what you are doing...counting calories, excercising etc. The only thing I am currently doing differently which you and other may not view as "positive" is that I do NOT eat my excercise calories unless I am hungry and I do not eat over 1300 calories...usually stick…

Oh and the scale was up today...I know my muscles are retaining water due to the double workout out so its going to be very important that while I do these "two a days" in February that I focus on my inches instead of scale because that sucker may not budge!
