I'm so glad you mentioned this. I constantly hear or read people say how clean eating is the best way to lose weight but for many of us who have health issues, it's simply not enough.

I was diagnosed nearly 3 years ago. Since then lose the weight has been SUCH a struggle! I was able to lose 15-20 lbs or so, but the weight keeps coming on if I don't keep up exercise. I see a lot of people say the majority of it is in the kitchen but I do eat healthy and I stay within an appropriate calorie limit per day.…

I am a typical apple shape with 30 more pounds to lose. While it is easy for me to figure out how to get my arms, legs, and waist to slim down, getting my butt to bulk up is difficult. You totally look like a pear! How in the world did an apple get that kind of butt? LOL that's what I'd like to know. My body is very man-shaped from the back...broad shoulders, spare tire, big arms, no butt.
