I have to admit I have not done as well with this challenge as I'd originally hoped. I'm glad that I found this group tho to keep me going on days when I just didn't want to do it lol. Love this DVD and I will definitely keep this in my workout rotation in the future :)

Wow!!! Such a great job!! I decided to switch things up a little bit and I did Jillian's No More Trouble Zones last night instead of Extreme Shed & Shred. Can't wait to do Extreme tomorrow night :) Bring on Week 4!!!

I couldn't make it to my Zumba class last night because of a snow storm, so I did Shed & Shred Level 2 :) It was my first time doing that level...and I really liked it too! My arms are killing me today lol. I burned 472 cals per HRM :)

I have a Polar FT4....it gives me both my heart rate and my calories burned. I accidentally purachaed a different Polar HRM before this one, i think it was like a FT2 or something, realized that one only gives you your heart rate so you'd have to do a calculation to find out your calories burned, so i quickly returned it…
