It was like this for me when i started doing yoga last year. The advice i can give you is to not copy the people on the dvds to its perfection. Your really gonna have to listen to your OWN body on this because if you really try to copy what they are doing, you can get a really painful injury. Just keep working on it little…

I did the fitness challenge Normaly i do 45 min workouts everyday. It can be anything from circuit training to my elliptical. But today was my 3rd day of P90X and the dvd was 72 mins. Damn. That about 27 mins over my normal workouts. Surprisingly, i feel ok.

To my knowledge the difference between the classic program and the lean is that lean is more geared toward weight-loss and cardio while the classic is with muscle definition but there is cardio as well.
