W2D6 KENPO X DONE!!!! damn i am sweaty. Its pretty funny about this dvd because you don't really move much. In cardio x and core synergistics you are all over the place. But in kenpo you are in one stance but you really have to push your hips around to get the force for your jabs. Very interesting and fun i must say.

Check your library, you might be able to get them both for free, thats what i did. I am currently on P90X right now and i really love it. With Insanity i really don't think i'm ready for it yet, but if your up for it, go for it. Lots of people on this site have had results from it.
