If I sleep well, I can. I don't have a set workout schedule, but I plan to walk everyday during the week. For the most part, I don't eat lunch & walk everyday on my lunch hour as weather permits & then try to get in another walk after work. If I have plans after work, I'll treadmill in the morning.

Pulled pork quesadillas...on the grill Baked chiles rellenos...no batter Beer battered, pulled pork stuffed chiles rellenos... Fish tacos... what is your avg carb intake per day? You mention you are "limiting" them, just wondering if you have some wiggle room to drop them lower. Even though that rate of loss is not recommended, with your current weight & exercise, your goal for year end could easily be obtained.

We won't deny ourselves anything during vacations, I guess you could call that a break. We love to try new things & always seek out something special when away.

all of this. Exercise & diet go hand in hand w/ me. If I exercise, I don't want to blow my efforts by pigging out after, keeps me in check. If I'm dieting, I feel I'm getting better results by "supplementing" my diet with exercise...mind games w/ myself, but great results nonetheless.

I get up early & treadmill, walk on my lunch hour & walk the park on my way home...or a variation of all three. I've had a desk job for the past 20+ years & gained/lost over 100#

personally, I have no interest in looking like a movie star, but I would like clothes to fit and look properly and be completely confident intimately. I will be seeking surgery next year.

Large amounts of protein is hard on your kidneys, esp w/o consuming water-retaining carbs. Drink your water.

It doesn't sound like you are much of seafood eaters, but I know besides avoiding organ meats, shelfish should be avoided like the plague. Shrimp, crab, lobster, etc. My dad's gout will flare like crazy if he touches an ounce of the stuff.

"extra light tasting" olive oil is my go-to, general purpose oil...I use it for everything except deep frying.

I eat number 10 on the list: 10. Reese's pumpkin...or egg...or xmas tree... all depends on the season, respectively. We do keep whole milk in the house & I will drink that on occassion, but only a juice glass amount. Nothing else on the list really.

welcome! you may want to use slightly more heavy cream because there would be less liquid using splenda, but yeah, would work just fine!
