I count all carbs. Net is Total carbs minus the carbs from fiber..."basically" leaving you w/ carbs from sugar & whatnot. I still count fiber, carbs are carbs IMO & counting Net only, feels like an excuse for cheating to me.

I love a good fatty rib-eye and at times I prefer a thick, med-rare, melt-in-my-mouth filet mignon. Depends on my cravings, but damn a perfectly seared chunk of fat on the edge of the rib-eye gets me right in the belly feels everytime. NY Strip steaks & sirloins will never make my list.

I prefer sushi or other raw fish, mainly tuna...I find when fish is cooked, that's when it becomes "fishy". I used to only eat breaded/battered fish because I couldn't stand seeing it.

I may retain a bit, which quickly goes away after. I will say the first two weeks following the completion of it, I can lose like mad. I always concentrate on staying on plan & exercising regularly during those two weeks. There have been months where I fly right by w/o noticing PMS, it's not consistent but it has happened.

exercise is one of the best ways to squash cravings. It not only reduces my appetite, but also I don't want to ruin the results of what I've just accomplished w/ it & makes me think clearer about my choices.
