  • I'm on the 1200 calorie plan and I'm not starving. I'm not dieting and I workout 6 times per week. It works for me I've lost weight. The calories that each of us eat are based on our individual needs. There is no scientific need to eat more than what you require just so MFP doesn't state you were under you calories.
