I saw some people mention under armor and in all honesty if you can afford those GO FOR IT. I swore by them while I was in the military and I'm a DD as well, no movement what so ever during any run wearing under armor sports bras. They're pricey but they last for a long time and they really REALLY work.

Soda's the only caffeine I drink! I hate coffee, so this is now day two, completely, with not even a sip of soda. I'm so tired but I know it's going to get easier. Good luck to everyone else whose posting that they're new too! I have a good feeling about this.

that isn't entirely true your body has a harder time digesting food once you're asleep so it is better to not eat and then climb right into bed unless it is something light.
