My NSV - buying a dress online for my very good friend's wedding and it fitting perfectly! Before this journey, I would never be happy with how things look on me but now, while I still have a bit to go, I have a bit more confidence. And it feels good :-)

CSW: 166 CGW: 146 UGW: 140 (I think! Week 1: 164.8 (-1.2) I love this idea. I have been struggling to keep on track with the healthy eating in the last few months. The exercise and the water are for the most part pretty good but the food continues to be a struggle sometimes!

CSW: 166 CGW: 146 UGW: 140 (I think!) This challenge takes place over a weeks holiday, a friends wedding and so on. I am hoping that this will help keep me in check for these events.

Good luck everyone! Very much keen to break through this wall myself. As has been said by others, for the last few months I feel that I have been losing and gaining the same 4 lbs. Not anymore!
-
Great, count me in for this! walking is my exercise of choice at the moment so hopefully this will keep me on track with it! Good luck everyone.

I'm in!

Brilliant! Thank you for keeping this up

I also love these challenges! Even when I am not losing or fall off the wagon, I find these challenges keep me accountable. So where in the past I could have gained 10 lbs in two months of 'off the wagon' eating, I generally maintain or lose a small amount with these challenges. I am definitely in for the next one!…

Hi everyone! I've been doing these challenges for the past few months and find them really helpful to keep me ok track, even though I haven't been losing as much as I would like, I have not gained much either so that's a win. New year is as good a time as any to get motivated! My oldest friends wedding is in June and I…

Hi everyone, I'm Jenny, 34 years old form Dublin, Ireland. I have been in a couple of these groups before and found them really great as motivation but I fell off the wagon in recent months. This group is going to be exactly what I need to get back on track! I began this journey a few years ago and lost 20 lbs (of about…

I just love the support and motiviation that I get from this group! Each time I slip a bit I pop back in here and read everyone else's progress and it gets my motivation back. Keep going everyone!

I have been slacking with my exercise but I've now completed Monday and Tuesday's challenge for this week! Back on track :)

I'm also starting up on the last challenge start weight but only by 1.5lbs! Definitely aim to be more focused this time around. CW: 161.5 CGW: 148 UGW: 140 Good luck everyone :)

Hi everyone, can't wait to get started into another challenge! I did not focus enough during the last challenge and almost finished at a higher weight than I started. However, I am back in focus now and looking forward to actually making some progress :)

Brilliant! Thank you for this again :)
-
I would love to be try this again!! I failed the time I tried but I am back on track again!

So my goals for this week are: 1. Drink 8 glasses of water per day 2. At least 60 minute walk per day (30 minutes in morning, and 30 in afternoon). 3. Stay within calorie limit every day! I made it on Monday. So far so good for Tuesday.
-
I'm hanging in there!! To be honest this challenge is what is keeps bringing me back on track! I have started walking again in work (I used to do a 60 minute lunch time walk but got too busy to keep it up) I am trying to fit in at least 30 minutes now. Good luck everyone, July is a long way off :)

Me please! Trying to lose the last 20lbs. I lost 20 before MFP and have lost 10 here. A challenge like this will help alot! I eat about 1400-1600 cals a day and eat back majority of my exercise cals. Exercise is usually 1 hour walk per day, aqua fit once/twice a week, zumba once a week. Let's do this!

Hi everyone, I'm Jenny, 34 years old from Ireland. Looking forward to getting stuck into this challenge- I always enjoy these and find they keep me somewhat on track! I have lost a bit of weight using MFP and have never gained back the initial loss. However, the final 25lbs have been tormenting me for a year now, I lose…

This is a great idea and I am in! We should all definitely make an effort to be nicer to ourselves. Can't promise that I'll post a pic at the end of the week though hah!

So far, so good. Soda replaced everyday so far with either water or a nice healthy juice made from my new Nutribullet!!
