No. I haven't either.

YES. Spill the tea! The anonymity of the internet is on your side.

They make the best protein powder out of every brand I've tried. If you like very sweet foods, you'll like their protein powder. Their snickerdoodle protein powder is especially amazing. If it were cheaper, I'd buy it more often.

Can confirm. I bought a ton of boxes when Target had a sale ages ago.

Personally, I only had a secret stash when I was I was a minor living with family. I had four siblings, and unless something was hidden, it could be gone in an instant. We're adults now, but one of my siblings will still take things when I'm home. She'll pay for it now but if and only if confronted.

Right now, pasta. I'm on a testing spree.

It sounds right to me. It's always quite a reminder to see just how little food some of us have to eat to stay a healthy/ideal weight. I agree with MikePTY. No matter what calculators predict, real results are the most accurate. I'm a female over 30 years younger and 2.5 inches shorter. If I'm sedentary, ~1400-1500…

And just like that I'm afraid to order anything from them. I cannot stand poor customer service. I personally would've put up a fight, but I'm glad it worked out to be a good mistake for you.

Florida, USA - I've said freeze pops, ice pops, and juice pops. Pretty much "something" pop.

That sounds good, but as soon as the inside is more than mainly cheese and seasoning, I don't consider that a grilled cheese sandwich anymore.

Another person on the east coast chiming in. I didn't know either lol.

My Spudsy Puffs arrived! Thanks for sharing! I really like that the company works to reduce waste from unwanted sweet potatoes. The puffs were good, comparable to non-sweet potato puffs. Then again, it's been some time since I've had any regular cheese puffs, so I can't say that with 100% certainty. The puffs would have a…

I hate it too. My mom told me that even as a baby I spit out peanut butter and gave her a "look" when it was first fed to me. :D

I don't disagree with your advice overall, but as I am just 2 inches taller, I noticed a glaring error. Unless there's a typo there, 110 lbs for someone 5'0" is well within a healthy weight by BMI standards (~95-128 lbs for 5'0"). You're less than 10 lbs out of range and only 0.5 lbs off for the U.S Army's Basic Combat…

I agree with this opinion on Aldi's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein pint. Underwhelming indeed. I was lucky in that I had bought Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough Chunks in the same shopping trip ($2.50 a bag this week!) and just threw in a serving or so into my pint. When it comes to ice cream, sea salt caramel…

I saw an ad on my phone for those!! Apparently there's a giveaway: https://www.businessinsider.com/krispy-kreme-filled-doughnut-free-giveaway-2019-6

I think this is an indication that a company needs to be less strict. For smokers and nonsmokers alike, a short break every few hours can help people recharge, especially when a job calls for 7+ hours of work in a day. It's like the pomodoro technique of the working world.

I had gathered some packaged mixes in the past several weeks which I never bothered to make because I forgot and/or the calorie count was so high when made according to the instructions that I just didn't want to make it. Doing this, I rediscovered the versatility of Greek yogurt and learned that I am okay with omitting…

Based on what people say about peanut butter, my guess is the sad volume to calorie ratio.

I gagged. :s

No, but it looks like a different brand's take on Dibs:

I can and have literally eaten an entire box in one sitting lol. They're dangerous!

It looks like they took the average and rounded down. It's something I personally do when I don't quite believe in the net carb calorie count on a product, but I didn't expect to see the same method done by an actual company. 35 g of carbs * 4 = 140 calories. (140 calories + 28 calories)/2= 84 calories.

Sorry to be off-topic, but you remind me of Colleen Ballinger.

How are you sure that people aren't just throwing out what may look like forgotten food or trash? Do you watch every once in a while? I personally throw away litter when I can, and now I'm wondering if I have ever ruined a person's act of kindness.

My main concern is with the bolded. There's a motivational quote I've read that says, "Don't decrease the goal; increase the effort." It can be interpreted multiple ways, but to me, it's a warning about moving the goalposts in weight management. You have a slow creep going on, averaging ~96 more calories than needed every…

I think a no-exercise maintenance budget of 1870 calories would make things better for many sedentary maintainers. For me, no exercise means about ~1400-1500 calories for maintenance, with 1500 meaning I actually managed to take a few thousand steps. 1870 is still a bit too much for even a lightly active level of 10k steps.

Wow. The donut looks tasty, but that description has caught my eye more. I am so late: I know people write "Dunkin'" sometimes, but my brain has been adding a "Donuts" every time.
