I think it's awesome. And nowadays that's actually not that bad a price.

You both look amazing. You're very beautiful.

You can also cook the meat and then freeze. I sometimes bake several chicken breasts, slice them up and portion them out in baggies. I keep some in the fridge for the following days and freeze the rest. It thaws out well, especially for salads. I also make soups, stews and the like and portion them out in tupperware. I…

I'm beginning to see little humor in all these studies that continually perpetuate stereotypes of all kinds.

I'm having that same "unhurried" feeling this time around too. I think it's extremely liberating.

Great job on your run AND your progress thus far!!

I made these this morning too. I defrosted some Dole wild blueberries and strained the liquid into a small pan. I put the strained blueberries in the batter. I put a tiny bit of pure maple syrup with the blueberry juice and simmered that. Once the pancakes were done I poured the syrup over them. This is a phenomenal…

Awesome NSV. Don't you love the changes that you notice from time to time? When I put something on that fits loosely, it puts a smile on my face for the rest of the day.

It looks and tastes like throw-up to me I also HATE that green bean casserole. Yuck. I'd rather be in the kitchen longer and make a decent meal.

Caribbean Coconut -- TALENTI. It's a tad expensive but that way I honestly only eat 1/2 cup and savor every bite.

Great job. And you apparently still enjoyed a drink here and there. Very cool.

Trader Joe's Chunky Guacamole with Greek Youghurt. 30 cals for 2 tbsps. Even for those who hate Greek yoghurt--give it a try!! You won't be disappointed. I love cooking and make my own guac all the time. This stuff is too amazing for words.

My dermatologist recommended the broad spectrum SPF by Oil of Olay.
