Hi and welcome! You'll find a lot of support here! Good luck on your journey. ;)

I work the front desk and people are always leaving cookies, doughnuts etc....at my desk. They have this idea that others will see the treats and take. A polite "no thank you" should work but I can't be bothered to answer all the questions that follow: Why not, what do you need to lose weight for, what kind of diet are you…

Hey everyone - 5 ft here and needing to lose at least 30 lbs. The struggle is real folks. :|

Way to go! Hope more people see/read your post! This is a journey not a race. Well done!

Don't forget to take your measurements, keep track of that as well. We have all gained weight gradually and not over a few weeks. Keep that in mind, that it takes a while to lose the weight as well. This is journey, not a race. On this journey there are many bumps, sharp turns, road blocks etc... along the way. It's not…

Water, flax, something a little greasy at times, coffee, senna tea (yuck but it works), prunes, dried apricots. Hope this helps!

OMG! I just finished a bag here at work. I've recently discovered jerky and I am becoming addicted to it.

Oh where do I begin? Cheese is the devil's food, dairy in general. Too much water will make you bloated. Say what!? Eat nothing but fruits and your face will clear up. Go on a carb-free diet...um? Okay...doesn't everything have a certain amount of carbs? Oops! Forgot my fav, don't lift weights it'll make you big. Huh?

I have the Fitbit Alta and I love it! Caller/Text ID are a bonus, I have a reminder to move 250 steps every hour (I work a desk job) and I enjoy some of the personal challenges to name a few. I'm purchasing the Charge 2 for my bf this Christmas.

Meeee! I have a lot more to lose though. Friend request sent!

Quick oats, a spoonful of peanut butter and a handful of chocolate chips. Or Dark chocolate chips and dried cranberries. I like to add bananas and walnuts or chia seeds. There's so many choices out there.

I LOVE soggy cereal! :)

Keep at it kiddo! One step at a time, one day at a time. Remember, you must learn to crawl before you can walk and walk before you can run. You can do this! We're all rootin' for ya!

Uh no....just no. Great for costume/cosplay but pretty much pointless.

Baby steps, this is a journey and not exactly a race. First step is reaching out to this "community" consider and perhaps do some of what people have posted. Don't want to walk for 30 mins, try 10 and increase it from there. Find an exercise/activity that you enjoy doing. We're all here to support and cheer you on but you…

I put anything I can find, dried cranberries (or any type of dried fruit), frozen mango, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax, dark chocolate chips, peanut butter, bacon, fried egg, sriracha - not all together of course.

Wooo hoo! That's awesome! Keep up the good work! :)
