Thanks everyone, I'm feeling much better now. I am just tired, which I think is due to not sleeping too well. I will visit my GP if I feel this way again. See I wondered that because It started after the Bosu squats which involves throughing myself forward and upwards. Can that make you feel really rubbish?

I was like that, I thought I could only eat raw veggies with hummus or garlic and onion dip. Now I enjoy them on their own more often.

I totally agree in not forbidding yourself something. But i know having chocolate bars in the house would be too tempting. If i had someone over who wanted to bring their chocolate bar with them I wouldn't make them eat it on the doorstep :) I wish i didn't let crisps in my house!!

I'm a vegetarian, I vary my breakfasts, sometimes I have coco pops, sometimes a slice of toast and some jam. Not the most exciting of breakfasts. How about fruit salad? with some Granola.
