i think we want to feel skinny now, so its why we do it..i dont do it too much anymore, but when i was nearing 200 lbs, i did that too often

i feel like that too sometimes..i have been on this journey for almost 2 years, and only lost 40 pounds..why ?? because of holidays, birthdays, general f**k ups..if i had a dollar every time i felt like this, i would have had enough to get lipo, AND retire now..dont give up..best of luck:drinker:

im 31, and stopped smoking mid april..using the e-cig, and i still want a REAL cig most of the time, but its healthier for everyone..i was afraid i was going to gain a lot of weight from it, but it was actually only a few pounds..feel free to add me, and good luck in this journey:drinker:

well, if it was my life, or the bear eating, im sure i could probably save my own @$$..i have run from things that scared me before, and when the adrenaline gets going, you can do things you never thought you could do..

i have gained @ least 12 pounds the last 6-7 months..starting this year @ 142, so im gunna kill it in 2013..
