  • Unfortunately i know i won't be able to commit to 300 mins in the week :( One of the main reasons i chose Jillian workouts was because they were slightly less than 30 mins long. I am also planning to have one rest day a week so i guess that puts me at a maximum of 180 mins. Totally committed to achieving that number though…
