A bunch of math later (lol) I am only at like 7/60mins. I was late to the game and forgot about it. Luckily anything I above 0 mins is more then I ever do! Just gonna take it one day at a time this week and hopefully get some done.

My weigh-ins are on Sundays sooo.. "February" starting weight - 174 February goal weight - 165 Ultimate goal weight - 155 Jan 28 - 174 Feb 04 - 170 Feb 11 - Feb 18 - Feb 25 - Feb 28 - Total loss: 4 pounds. (The scale read 168, a 2lb loss from yesterday but not sure I'm believing a 6lb loss for the week... lol)

25 here. Suck at motivating myself to get into the gym. That's downstairs. In the bottom of the apartment... Where it's free. *shakes head at self* Have just started my weight loss goal. Hoping for much as I can by the middle of August.
