Cuz maybe they don't want you to steal their diet secrets! They want you to stay fat while they get thinner! Mwuahahahaha! I think some people prefer privacy and some people don't bother logging every day so it doesn't matter.

Cook your meals from scratch. This can save you money if you buy in bulk (and actually use the ingredients) and you determine what goes in your food.

I like Spirutein Vanilla Whey protein powder. I usually will combine it with V-8 Fusion juice or milk and drink it as a snack smoothie.

I like a cute face, not a felon, stable work history, not a *kitten*, has good hygiene, has a car (doesn't matter what kind) so I'm not a damn taxi, has a brain, and he has a healthy sex drive.

I get a chicken bowl, extra rice no beans, sour cream, hot salsa, corn salsa, and lettuce. I also get an order of chips and guacamole. Yum!

I can make most of my Hawaii foods here in Colorado. Gandule rice, pasteles, andagi, malasadas, pork hash, manapua, lumpia, manapua truck fried noodles, kimchee, kalua pig, haupia, etc., my family taught me how to cook these growing up. Since I don't have the ingredients for lau lau, I buy it frozen or go to L&L's and pick…

I have taken lots of online classes. You have to have the discipline to keep up with your classes. It's really easy to get sidetracked with tv, internet, etc. when you don't have to physically be in class. I take online classes if I can't find a regular class that fits my schedule. I've done Chemistry, Physics, Trig,…

If just being yourself was working for this guy, then he wouldn't be on here asking for help. Telling someone to "be yourself" is pretty damn worthless in situations like these.

I rarely go back to my homepage after logging in. For people on my FL, I enjoy looking at their food/exercise diaries to get pointers or fresh ideas. I…

Don't listen to anyone that tells you to be yourself. Most worthless advice ever. If there are parts of you that you feel needs improving, then start changing yourself for the better.
