It's very sad - my pedometer has died in the night! But is has served me well... I feel quite sad seriously it's just like when my scales gave up which I'd had for years and years and had been through so many ups and downs with me! So for the time being no more step counting but I will keep moving.

Day 5 completed. Sadly no time for Jillian and can't see her getting a look in again until Monday.... Did salsacise Steps 11,114 = 60,846 which I'm pleased with as that was just moving around the house carrying potatoes from one floor to the next. Be good Crackers!
