  • I use to drink every weekend in high school and had no problems, now i get sick on a mikes hard. I figured it was all the sugar and the fact eat so little of it now. All types of alcohol has sugar in it and it might be the spikes in blood sugar? Or your tolerance has lowered.

  • It takes months to gain/loose muscle, and 3500 calories to burn a pound of fat. In a day you did neither of these. By guess is your body was retaining water to aide in muscle repair, when you gave it a break it released the water.   • It has cafeine, calorie free, and a way to drink water, so yes it can help you loose by filling you up, keepign you hydrated, and giving you a slight boost which might mean you work out instead of sitting on the couch.

  • I usually bring wraps but keep the contents separate until it is time to eat and wrapping the tortilla in plastic wrap. Today I made a curry chicken salad with half a serving of crasins, half a serving of cashews, some mayo, onion, and curry powder, then topped with lettuce, it was great!
  • From what I have heard it is the iron. I use to vomit on my way to school every morning becasue of it! I have to take them with quite a bit of food at lunch and it works out fine

  • Friends are one of those things you don't realize how importnat they are untill they are gone. I lost a lot of friends when i first started dating my boyfirend, 4 years later we are still going strong but I miss my ex-best friend terribly. We are both so different now but it is important to have a females around!

  • This site over estimates calories by quite a bit. I have a HRM and was amazed i burned about half of what the treadmill said and 2/3 of what the database said. I would trust the Kinnect more becasue 127 in 22 minutes is reasonable, 332 in 30 is a lot!

  • I prefer the Almond because it has less carbs and calories. It has a nutty, creamy flavor which is a nice change from milk. It is about 2 bucks a carton in Alaska so it is probly cheaper in the states, try it out!
  • I had been planning on starting Monday anyways! This is perfect. I did it twice last week using a resistance band and modified the part you do with your arms. I was still super sore. I think I am going to get weights as well though.
