Another 1.5 lost, so 8.5 and add the 2 I lost before the challenge I'm at 10.5 down. My work jeans are really loose! Feeling a lot more more positive today. Well done everyone!

Rib eye, paprika hassleback potatoes, carrots, green beans, grilled onion and mushroom and peppercorn sauce. It was delicious!

I'm weigh (see what I did there?) off target - only 7lbs lost :( A couple of reasons why but I'm just going to keep going. A loss is still a win for me. (My personal target is 160lb by June 20th) 15lbs to go.

Make vegetable versions of comfort food - super veggie lasagne or moussaka etc and allow yourself a small chocolate bar when you need it count all calories. I am an emotional eater, even more so the first few days of my period. Good luck x

I'm in. 5'7" 182lbs. Gained a stone over the winter but would like to lose 2. This, week has been easy as I haven't been at work - in an American restaurant. Gonna need lots of will power to stay under 1500 cals and have energy to exercise.
