Chocolate protein pancakes, when I have time to make them for breakfast. So friggin' good. Greek Yogurt and berries, maybe a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa. Porridge and egg whites with a blob of chocolate peanut butter. I was surprised at how good this turned out.

I always feel so self conscious during step ups! I need to use a bench for those as there isn't any platforms/steps in my gym and I'm always super wobbly for the first one on each leg.

I usually work out at 6.30am on weekdays. I'm normally not hungry at that time but I've found my gym session suffers if I go in on an empty stomach. Don't worry, I thought I'd never be able to do them but they get easy surprisingly quickly! (Though I do still have the odd embarrassing moment where I fall off and the ball shoots away from me :( )

I usually have a wholemeal pita bread, stuffed with salad leaves, tomato and some cheddar cheese. And a hard boiled egg. I really like bread so this is a way of getting my 'fix' for the day. I'd then usually have an apple and some almonds for a late afternoon snack.
