Yup! my work had 20 delicious smelling greasy pizzas down the hall yesterday. I sat at my desk and enjoyed my apple, yogurt, blueberries, sandwich , and chips though lol

No to pills! A friend of mine tried this Alli crap a few years ago, she would leak bright orange stuff and I was so alarmed and worried for her. Stay away!!!!!

Well you dont have to give up unhealthy foods to lose weight so maybe the reason you keep failing is bc you cut out the things you love. Dont do that. Fit the foods you cant live without in your calories. Excercise so you can eat more.

OK well I eat real pizza. I wanted to try something different. I made this and I couldnt tell a difference. I will still eat real pizza, I was simply saying I made this before and it was awesome. If you have never made it then how do you have a opinion about what it tastes like?

Well the first thing you should remember is it doesnt matter how long it will take you. If your changing your life style this will be a life long thing. There is no finish line bc you will continue to live this way for life.

I did 1200 calories diet and ate my exercise calories back. I lost 48 pounds. I believe you can eat more and still lose though. But I was able to lose all the weight I needed to on 1200 calories a day.

Thanks for the input. I was just curious. I am weighing at the same time everyday and I have changed my diet some by upping my protein and just eating cleaner. I am not hungry and I am actually less tired. I am just learning all about this and the like input from everyone. Thank you all! :)

when I run in the morning I will eat and wait about 30 mins to run but I usually run in the afternoon these days and I will have a half of turkey sandwich on low calorie bread just to get energy but not anything more. Then Ill have dinner after.

Thanks for the responses. I started concentrating on my protein and cleaning up my meals. I did notice a loss of about 1.5 pounds today but I am sure its bc I have not upped my calories enough last week to what they should be. Not sure what kind of loss it was but since I am just starting out I am not gonna worry too much…

I did my second full SL 5x5 workout on Saturday and I upped my weights alittle. This did feel like a workout. Not in a sweaty exhusting way but in a muscle burn and pushing myself way. I did a bar which is around 20lbs and added 15lbs of weights. It wasnt heavy in regards to what I think heavy lifting should be. I did 10-12 reps per set. Should I warm up with that then add the heavy weights and do Stronglifts 5x5?
