@shuki_cotren I hope you feel better soon. If you can remove any new foods and then reintroduce them 1 day at a time. The next day leave that food out and try another new one and maybe you can identify it that way.

I eat the calories that MFP lists for me in green and my exercise increases that number. I have been told by other people that you should eat at least some if not most of your exercise calories. So as long as I don't go in the red with the 2 combined I think I am within the rules of the challenge.
