I use a vegetable steamer. Just steam six eggs for 25 minutes, dump them in ice water for 5 minutes, and peel and enjoy.

A. Kick him in the nads the next time you see him. B. Start an anonymous smear campaign designed to wreak havoc on he and his family. C. Stop letting people take your picture. People suck.

Interesting that you used a gay actor as your example...

Why do you want to add bulk? You look incredible!

Dang, dude! If you are doing P90X or Insanity, what else do you do at the gym?!! For most people, these workouts are plenty. I'm training for triathlon, so I need a pool. If I didn't, P90X3 is plenty for resistance training.

#4...great cleave shot.

They aren't that expensive if you factor in that the workouts take the place of a gym membership. Plus, after you buy them, you own them for life.

The site is safe. The programs are legit. The coaches are annoying as hell. Just buy the program, do the workouts, and tell the coaches to zark off. Also, if you buy the stuff on the site, you have access to other features like a great recipe database. If that kind of thing is important to you, then you might want to use…

Any Polar or Garmin will serve you well. What's your budget?

It's tricky. I don't use a gym much anymore, but when I did, I would be ticked if I was lifting and someone wanted to have a conversation about something. I used timed rest periods between sets, so I wasn't too keen on being chatty. That said, if I'm on a treadmill or stationary bike, chatting is a welcome respite from the…

They cost a fraction of the money of a gym membership. I sent you a private message laying out what to watch out for. This guy is right about the supplements…

What you should probably do is realize that endurance athletes AVERAGE, at a minimum, 40% of their calories from carbs. So you'll forgive me if I don't believe you have re-written training history.

Mira Sorvino, who was #1 on my "Friends List," when I almost met her in 2002.

Do you live in a hilly area? If you are just starting out, WALK HILLS. You will get stronger, get your HR up with low impact cardio, and develop a habit of hitting the roads. The same philosophy applies to incline training on your treadmill at the gym. Walk it off initially, if you don't feel like running.

What she said. Buy a food scale, weigh all the ingredients, and add to your log.

The secret is consistency and not eating garbage. Cut out all fast food, work out for 30-60 minutes 5 days a week. Include strength training, and that will do it. No excuses. No cheating. No rationalizing.

A woman with that tush? Oh...hell yeah!
