I finished!!! ...that said, I'm not done. I'd like to redo this past "week" (W9) since I was actually sick for a week and took too many days off, but I'm proud of getting through it. I used to huff and puff at the 2-minute segments. :)

So... finally... W9D3 yesterday! 10:13 splits. I'm on "Free Runs" now in the app. I also discovered a way to not think about how much time it's been or what distance I've gone: I'm a musician, and randomly started seeing my hand air-playing along with some of my music. Focused on that, and didn't even think about the run.

Q: Does using an Aid take a turn?

My app is timed, and I love it. It's the Active.com one. I haven't tried the distance-based option or other apps, though, so I can't really tell you whether I'd prefer them... I'd say if you're interested to do both and decide what works best!
