UMmmm cutting calories and moving more will help you lose weight. Find something that you find pleasurable. Yoga doesnt burn as many calories as weight lifting or running or LISS cardio but if that's what you like then you wil have to cut calories A LOT in roder to lose

I foam roll and strectch BUT NEVER BEFORE MY WORKOUTS. I usually do them at night while watching TV. Helps breakdown muscle fibers and speed up recovery. Instead of stretching before a workout, hop on a treadmill at a steady speed and slight incline for 5-10 min (this will be your warmup). That's it. You're welcome :)

DRINK MORE WATER! Sit in a Sauna for 10 minutes. START COOKING YOUR OWN FOOD. Umm, eat clean I suppose. Honestly, eat things like egg whites, brown rice, grilled chicken, yams, oats, honey, fresh peanut butter, frozen veggies are great, avocado, etc. You can do it! Whatever you do, AVOID FAST FOOD AND DELI MEATS!~
