Okay changed it up to break the monotony. burpee squat thrust (burpee minus the push up) burpee squat thrust 20 reps and preparing for my second set after lunch then another after dinner. Steppin outta the comfort zone today. WOOHOO.

This morning I did a 50yrd duck walk then straight into 15 burpees then duck walk back. But I like the sound of that high knee jump.
