my first two days on this program my calorie intake was too high so glad I adjusted it because I dropped four lbs. Mental attitude goes along way. eat it in moderation and stay within your calorie intake....give it away to neighbors.....donate to a local charity ie food pantry or homeless shelter. I have to do the same thing I really have things I shouldn't have or eat in my home but food is too danged expensive to just toss out follow heart good luck~!

If I were you I would also make an appointment for you as well. If you are overweight chances are you have it too. I have apnea but due to a claustraphobic issue I don't use mine....sigh....Apnea machines help you sleep better of course breathe better and it does help with weightloss
