I am 5'4" and my goal weight is 140. I went from 240 down to 148 three years ago (smallest I've been since before high school) and was in a size 10 comfortable and even some 8's. I have since gained almost 40 pounds :( Back on track again and this time I will be more proud of my accomplishments!!
