Congrats! It's such a great feeling!!! I'm in the same boat, weighed in this morning and am finally in 'onderland'!!!

I hit a plateau in August, so I did a little reading and decided to increase my calories from 1300 to 1500.. On the weekends I go over (to about 2000) to throw my metabolism into shock and so far it's working. I've dropped 3.5lbs the last two weeks!

I have had PCOS for over 13 years. I had great success losing the first 30lbs since starting MFP by just counting calories and working out 3-5 days a week but hit a plateau last month. I decided to do some research on weight loss with PCOS and here are a few tips I found and have implemented into my own routine and has got…

A friend of mine recently gave me Rocco DiSpirito's cook book 'Now Eat This!' and it included a recipe for fried chicken that sounds awesome! Though I haven't tried it out myself yet but here is the exact recipe online from Rachel Ray's website... Only 10.9g of fat and 204 calories!!! Here is the link:…

Thank you all!! When I get the courage I'll post more 'body' shots, maybe after losing a few more pounds

I felt the same way about a month ago. Hit a plateau and was getting down about it until I put a recent photo next to one from last year and was so shocked at the difference! I think because we see ourselves every day in the mirror, we don't get to really see the changes happening to our bodies. Thanks for sharing, you…

Maple Grove Farms of Vermont has an amazing Lite Caesar dressing that makes me want to keep eating salad (which is a good thing) and I've found that Kraft makes a tasty Light House Italian. Link to the Maple Grove Farms  http://www.maplegrove.com/content_products.asp?g=1

Wow, do we work in the same office?? Lol. I am soooo NOT a morning person either, but it never fails that when I get to my desk - before the computer turns on or I get a cup of coffee - I'm having to listen to this lady sitting directly in front of me at my desk talk to me about mundane personal stuff or work gossip...…

That. Is. AWESOME!! Congrats to you and all your hard work!! I'm also looking forward to this exact same milestone, it's actually my next mini-goal and I'm only 1.4lbs away from it... so you're very inspirational!! :D

This is my all time favorite - super easy - no fail fajita recipe. Best when used with a real grill, but your foreman or a saute pan will suffice. You will need: Chicken breasts 1-2 Limes* 3-6 cloves of garlic* EVOO Tabasco Salt & Pepper (the limes and garlic depends on how much chicken you're using) What you need to do:…

Toast with peanut butter and sliced (real) cheddar cheese - Fav!! Mac n cheese with LOTS of Frank's red hot sauce, Bagel with cream cheese and breakfast sausage links, Honestly, anything with cheese is good.. or ranch for that matter... Seen lots of posts about ranch dressing = evil!!! Of course this was all pre-life style…

OMG, yes I just posted about this as well. You're #1 peeve is my #2, lol... I get really po'd by the people who talk on their cell phones, it's just distracting and selfish to me... we all pay to be there to work out so why should we have to listen to your convo's or even wait to use a machine because of your damn phone!?!?
-
I've been going to the gym regularly for about 2.5 months now and one of my biggest pet peeves are people who use their cell phones whilst on a machine. And there are two types of these kind of people... the ones who continue running/walking/biking/lifting while talking on the phone AND others who will stop what they are…

Thanks! I do treat myself occasionally to something sweet but I wasn't expecting to see donuts first thing this morning so it threw me off! I prefer to have my sweets in the evening, like a low cal ice cream bar or a big bowl o'fruit with whip topping!!
