totally have that issue. I'm sure people dont care, but that doesn't mean I'm not feeling awkward about my nipples all out there, lol. I've even sometimes tried to poke em in, haha. I've been looking into the new padded sports bras.

I'm 6 ft, wide frame. my goal is 155, but when I check for where I should be with a healthy body fat percentage, it tells me to be around 162, so I'm going to get lower and see how I feel...

5-6 days a week, 1-3 hours of cardio and exercise focused on abdominal, shoulders and arms. Not 3 hours straight, though. maybe half in the morning and half at night.

the food counter seems pretty good, for the walking/jogging/running I use nike+ on my iPod, and made a new exercise with my correct amount of calories burned.
