Your worth consists in what you are and not in what you have (Thomas Edison). ** I too know what it is like and like you I've been through some negative and positive moments whereas I turn to food. Just recently with some "negative" moments, I've lost weight - mind you it was WAY TOO unhealthy the amount I've lost over the…

Laura - I too can empathize on the divorce as I too am going through one. Since end-of August, when I decided to change my life (which included the divorce process) I've lost 50+ pounds and I have 65 to go.

Forgive means you no longer hold that against them. BUT forgetting is something we can't do. We can simply forgive and move beyond that person who gave us a cluttered mess that we have to clean up. I too started off about 6-weeks ago. Going through a divorce for me; because life became sooooo chaotic, I was able to focus on only those things I could control - which was weight loss, health and Church.

I too know what you are going through. One way I helped reduce sodium was foods that were "bland" I added some spicy peppers, dried pepper flakes, pepper itself, etc, etc. You should work your way up slowly - unless you can tolerate a good burn. Eating bland foods (lower sodium) but adding spices can help "spice" up the…

Place the wet matzah on the…
