Height: 5'0" Weight: 197 lbs Goal: 140 lbs Currently walking 2 miles nightly. Just started Zumba this week and will add this 3 times per week. I want to do some DVD's at home 2 times per week. I will look into JM since she seems to be a popular choice.

I try not to weigh myself daily. This drives me crazy and makes me feel that I am not getting anywhere. I will challenge myself to weigh in weekly (I will make it Thursday). I have been getting more active and did 3 days of Zumba this week. I may not be the most agile in the class, but at least I'm spending one less hour…
