  • General weight loss. I lost 10 lbs recently. I didn't have a double chin, but my face slimmed up considerably and my cheek bones and chin are more defined. It just takes weight loss.

  • I lose 1.5 pounds when I go drop a deuce, haha. Don't be discouraged. I also gain weight depending on my cycle. I really wouldn't let 1.5 lbs get to you. Depending on the time of the day I'm up or down 2-3 lbs.

  • OH you can also try pushup bars for more range of motion. They are tough to me, but if you are using your knees for the pushups you might be able to get really deep in the push up and build a good deal of strength.
