A daily snack of mine is 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese (90 calories) with red grapes. I eat this everyday and the combination is SO delicious. So that's 90 cals plus whatever amount of grapes you use. Very filling! Also one serving of raw, unsalted almonds is 160 calories easy and incredibly good for you.

Man people do some weird stuff to apples! I like them the way they are, skin and all. Makes my digestive system happy, they're filling, and they take a little work to eat so they keep ya busy.

I gave up fast food, which I thought I loved. Then I had it over the weekend. What did I see in it? It's god awful. Other than fast food, I haven't given up ANYTHING. I just do a lot more math than I used to.

Disagree. I say, limit it to one night a week. Get a REALLY good work out in earlier that day. And really watch your calories that day too. If you want beer, fit it into your schedule! I personally don't want to live in a world with no beer, I don't know about you =)

I don't think pasta is so bad. What makes it so high in calories a lot of the time is the sauce. I love pasta, so I pick low calorie sauces! Nothing feels better than pasta for dinner after a hard workout. If it's wrong, I don't wanna be right =)

Yep, just modify! I still do a lot of the pushups from my knees and gradually I'm getting better and better. And Tony suggests pushup bars with those with wrist issues.
