  • I simply make it a priority. I work 50 hours a week and go to college at night. I find hour blocks here and there and work out during those times. If I don't work out, I feel insanely guilty. And for me that's motivation enough! It might help you to make a work out schedule to organize your time.
  • I've never relied on caffeine to work out. Mostly just to wake up in the mornings! But if it works for you, I don't see why not... I know there are some health concerns around 5 Hour Energy, but in my opinion it's no different than drinking a cup of coffee. Probably not good to overdo it, just like anything else.

  • Well I know what motivated me so much in the first place was being honest with my food logging. Just commit yourself to logging everything again, even the bad stuff, no pressure in that right? When i get honest with myself again, that's when I get back up.
  • Sounds exhausting and like it takes a lot of concentration! I achieved abs by doing 15 minute ab workouts three times a week. I don't think sucking in your stomach all day is gonna do it though.
