Congratulations, you look amazing, so all the hard work was worth it, I will keep telling myself that on days when things get tough. Thanks for sharing.

Try reducing your carbs and eating more protein, you will have tons more energy and the craving will stop.
-
You could try curbing your sweet craving by having low fat yoghurt or sugar free jelly. These have helped me and I really love chocolate.

Hi everyone I'm currently reading Me before You by JoJo Moyes, its an emotional rollercoster of a book, sometimes your laughing, sometimes your crying. But i'm really enjoying it, would recommend it to anyone.

Just like to let you all know that not all young adults in the UK are lazy. My daughter was trying to get work for two years, she was in lower sets at school and didn't get above a grade C in GCSE, but she is a worker and has taken course after course to improve herself, the job centre sent her on courses some of which she…

This will be my first winter running and I'm just going to kit myself out with some winter running gear, to keep myself warm and the rain off. Not sure how I'll cope in the snow, but I just can't image being indoors all winter and I don't own a treadmill, good luck with whatever you do, it's all good as long as you are…

As everyone has already said yes it's right. The best advice I can give you, is slow you're pace, and this will help, if you can't manage the full 20 just keep trying until you can. I didn't find it as bad as I thought, week 6 day 3 seems much harder. Good luck :)

Lets all have a drink together, who's going to the pub!!! LOL!

You are amazing, congratulations on your PB and I can only see better to come. I am currently doing couch to 5k, had to stop for a week with an injury, but gonna start again this week, weather is a bit awful, but I'm determined to get out there. I too was diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes, which I am…

Definitely the C25K, start by walking a good 20 minutes, when you can do this comfortably then go onto the first week of C25K. You will burn calories and the weight will come off, also you will tone up. I have been doing the C25K and am on week 6, I have lost weight but also I have toned up my body. Hope this helps and…

Well I think you are doing great, sometimes it can take a lifetime for people to make the changes you have made in 3 weeks. Well done you are doing great, keep going and keep up the good work. I'm sure the weight will continue to disappear and your love of exercise will only grow. My running has turned into a bit of an…

I only drink rooibos tea or herbal/fruit teas. Super healthy, no caffeine, also you don't have to add milk to these so technically no calories. Just so much better for you. I stopped drinking black tea about a year ago, and couldn't believe how ill it made me for about three days after I stopped drinking it, that has put…

You are one amazing, inspiring lady, well done you should be incredibly proud of what you have achieved. I started the C25K in April this year. I am running for about 20 minutes now, 10 minutes away from 5k. I have hit a bit of a brick wall mentally and am finding it really hard to get past the 20 minutes. But after…

You can add me if you like, been on here a few months and loving it. I come on everyday to log my food and exercise and I will do my best to motivate you.

To be healthier, I was diagnosed with diabetes in March, I am controlling it with diet and exercise. I have lowered my blood glucose levels to almost normal, fingers crossed for my next blood test. I have also reduced my blood pressure to normal levels. So just want to loose more weight and drop a couple of dress sizes so…

Well done, you look amazing!

I do log my food every day, but have been slipping in some crisps now and then, also had a chocolate bar last week, but have done more exercise this week so thought I would be fine. I don't weigh everything but I do watch my portion control, I also have a smaller dinner plate than the rest of the family. Thanks for the…

Hi guys just to let you know I managed w5d3, did the full 20 minutes on my second go, so I will be moving onto w6d1 tomorrow, wish me luck :)

I don't think so because they recommend that runners do 2-3 days of strength training to help with speed and stamina, which is what I'm attempting to do
-
Hi guys I love c25k, I'm on week 5 day 3, couldn't manage the full 20 minutes, I did 17 so almost there, I will repeat until I do the 20, it's more mind over matter I think. I would love thou to add me for support, out on my next run tomorrow, can't wait I think it's the best form of exercise ever. Just to let you know I…

Zumba is a great cardio workout, I do it on the wii but I also do a class, I also run three times a week and have started doing some strength training, so far I have lost 30lbs. I love Zumba as soon as the music starts you can feel your feet wanting to move, you feel like you've had a great workout at the end, see if you…

I am on week 5, day 3, I would agree with those telling you to slow down, that's what you really need to do, to run for longer that's the only way you build up your stamina, I am running for 20 minutes now, but have had to slow down to a 10 minute mile, where before I could run the mile in 8 minutes, good luck keep going!

Well done, you look amazing, these stories keep me going, I've got a long way to go yet but you've inspired me to carry on, I am diabetic so I understand how hard it is to loose weight, hopefully in a year I will have similar results to you. Thanks for sharing your amazing story

I drink only water and red bush tea with skimmed milk. But I am a diabetic so I avoid any kind of fruit juice.
