I understand it is extremely hard. I want to lose 10 pounds and I'm struggling to get through 1 pound. Add me if you like, I'd love to give you motivation and learn any advice you have. I think my goal for tomorrow is to increase my water intake and reduce stress. Maybe that would help you as well.
