You didn't gain 5 pounds of fat in 3 days. It's mostly water weight. Don't worry about it...just get back to your normal eating plan and it will be gone in a few days. Even one bad meal has sometimes caused me to wake up 2 lbs heavier. Back on track and no big deal :)

The 49 weekly points allow for a 7pt "treat" each day or a bigger treat 3-4 days a week. If she's feeling deprived she could evenly distribute her weekly points and use them for a daily treat or glass of wine. 7 points will get you a pretty decent sized desert.
